Instant Messaging

Word of the day is that Instant Messaging (IM) is getting highly popular in business. IM has the immediacy of telephone without the interruption, and the convenience of email without the delay. Concerns are that the communication is secure, archived, centrally managed and conforms to internal policies. Gartner research predicts that by the end of 2010, nearly 100% of corporate users with an email account will be IM enabled. Yt? You there?

Improve Communication, Improve Business.

Transport gateways to most popular networks Create own network for real-time chat communication, or enable transport to one of those popular networks the employees would be using anyway and out of control.

"ICQ" For Enterprises

The addition of IM Server to your business gives users the ability to choose the method of communication that best suits their needs and work flows. This leads to improved collaboration and productivity for todays fast-paced workplace. By adopting internal IM Server, users get a secure and managable alternative to popular networks they would be probably using anyways. Trusted users can get access to their AOL account via transport gateway, which provides more control over client software and communication history.

XMPP (Entensible Messaging and Presence Protocol), also known as Jabber, is the only IETF approved standard for real-time text communication and hence the de facto standard for use in enterprise, goverment and corporate enviroments.
